CANCELLATION POLICY
Carolina Locs Cancellation & Reschedule Policy At Carolina Locs, I value your time and mine. To provide the best experience for every client, the following policy is in place: 72-Hour Policy: All appointment cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations/Reschedules made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% service charge. No Refunds: All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Please be sure of your commitment when booking your appointment. Thank you for respecting my time and artistry.
